What’s your superpower when it comes to client support?
Seeing the big picture and the tiny cracks. I can hold a client’s vision while quietly sorting the systems, steps, and details that bring it to life, all without making it feel overwhelming.
What part of your role lights you up the most?
That moment when a client goes from overwhelmed and second-guessing everything, to feeling clear, capable, and supported. I love being the person who says, “We’ve got this, here’s the plan,” and watching the weight visibly lift from their shoulders.
What do clients thank you for the most?
Giving them space to breathe and dream again. My creativity and the help itself.
What’s your specialty behind the scenes?
Honestly? I’m a bit of a Jill of all trades and I love that about myself. One minute I’m deep in “boring” admin tasks, the next I’m writing a creative brief, and then I’m hopping in to schedule posts or tweak a launch plan. I can flex between the tiny details and the big picture and I think that’s the real superpower.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a female founder feeling overwhelmed?
You are not failing, you’re just doing too much alone. Letting go doesn’t mean you’re dropping the ball. It means you’re giving yourself permission to be the CEO, not the entire team.
